If you’re an adult living in Tumwater and are invested in the health and well-being of children, youth, and teens, tell us what you think about youth substance use risks and behaviors, and youth mental health concerns by completing our annual community survey. There is an ENGLISH VERSION and an ESPANOL VERSION. The anonymous surveys take between 5-15 minutes to complete and your input helps Tumwater HOPES identify positive changes in knowledge, attitudes, and skills, and identify areas for renewed or intensified prevention or health promotion efforts.
