This community survey asks about your views on youth substance use in the community. We use the information to help us understand your thoughts and feelings, in order to better serve youth in our community. This survey is anonymous. Get a FREE combination medication lockbox and protect your children and teens from accidental poisoning or other drug misuse. Kids often think prescription medication is less harmful than illegal drugs, but any medication not used as prescribed, or used by someone other than the person for whom it was intended, can be dangerous. Keep your medications out of sight and out of reach with a free lockbox.
